What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Such as ‘made to order’ these are garments which are made to your request, garments such as our football T range which have customised names on the back will not be refunded, so please make sure you have chosen the correct size, colour & name as all purchases are final.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible,this can take up to 5 working days (as we create our garments in house when they’re purchased. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and choice of delivery.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our garments are handmade/reworked in the UK. We carefully select our reworked items and new fabrics to ensure our products are high quality(either brand new fabric or used ‘reworked’ fabrics,which may have slight use marks but these will not affect the look, (eg, slightly cracking on text, but this will be shown in the garment listing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
